Listing on BITZO is free. Go to Join BITZO in the header, register your business with basic details, set your reward slabs and at least one redeemable reward, and your store goes live.

From the seller panel, enter the customer's bill amount and generate a reward QR. BITZO automatically calculates points based on the reward slabs the business has configured.

Open My Rewards, choose a business where you have enough points, and select a reward to redeem. You'll get a redemption code or QR to show the business.

Your rewards page shows exactly how many more points you need for the next reward at that business, so you always know how close you are.

Shop normally at any BITZO business. After you pay, the shopkeeper enters your bill amount and generates a reward QR code — scan it with your phone to instantly earn points at that business.

Open My Rewards from your dashboard or the Explore menu. You'll see your point balance at every business you've earned points with, along with progress toward your next reward.

No. BITZO points are seller-specific loyalty points, not a shared wallet. Points earned at Spice Villa Restaurant can only be redeemed at Spice Villa Restaurant.

Each reward QR is valid for a short window after it's generated. If it expires before you scan it, ask the business to generate a new one for the same bill — the points calculation is always based on the seller's reward rules, not the QR itself.
