This policy applies to every ad campaign that a business buys on the bitzo platform operated by BITZO PVT LTD. It is part of the Seller Terms. By submitting a campaign you accept it.
1. What you can buy
Businesses can promote an existing offer, reward, product, service, store or a banner (an uploaded picture with a link or action) in the places on the Platform that are shown in the campaign builder, in the cities and for the dates and daily views that they choose. The available placements, the goal of the ad (for example opening a link, a WhatsApp chat, a call or an enquiry form), prices and limits are shown in the campaign builder and may change; the price you see when you submit is the price you accept (plus GST).
2. Approval
- Every campaign is reviewed before it runs, by our team and with the help of automated checks of text and images. We may approve, reject, ask for changes, pause, limit or stop a campaign at any time if it does not follow this policy, the Community Guidelines or the law, or if an authority requires it.
- If a campaign is not approved you are told the reason, any money held for it is released, and you may correct and submit it again.
- Approval is not a statement that the ad is lawful or accurate. The advertiser remains responsible for it.
3. Rules for ads
- Ads must be truthful, clear and not misleading, and must follow the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Guidelines for Prevention of Misleading Advertisements, the Code of the Advertising Standards Council of India and every other law that applies to your goods or services.
- You must have the right to use all text, names, photographs, logos and music in the ad.
- Not allowed: illegal goods or services; tobacco, alcohol and gambling promotion; adult content; weapons and drugs; counterfeit goods; false health, cure, income or guarantee claims; fake offers or prices; content that is hateful, violent or discriminatory; ads that imitate another business or the Platform; ads that collect personal data by deception; and anything else that the Community Guidelines do not allow.
- The place an ad leads to (a link, WhatsApp number, phone number or enquiry form) must be yours, must work, must be lawful, and must not be unsafe or misleading. Banner links open in a new tab; an ad for an item on the Platform opens that item.
4. Delivery and reporting
- We show your ad in the chosen places and cities, within the dates and daily limits you bought. We do not guarantee any number of clicks, calls, leads, visits or sales. Views and clicks are counted by our systems and, unless there is a clear error, our figures are final.
- Ads may be shown less than planned because of limits, approval time, pauses, technical issues or demand. Where views you paid for are not shown because of our fault, they are dealt with under the Refund, Cancellation & Wallet Policy.

5. Leads and enquiries
If your ad uses an enquiry form, the details a customer submits are shown to you. You must use them only to respond to that customer (see the Seller Terms on customer data) and must not misuse them.
6. Payment, cancellation and refunds
You can pay from your wallet or as shown at checkout. The price may be held in your wallet when you submit the campaign. The rules for refunds and cancellations of campaigns are in the Refund, Cancellation & Wallet Policy.
7. Our rights; changes
We may change placements, prices, formats and rules, and we may remove any ad. A change does not affect a campaign already paid and running, except where the law, an order or safety requires it. We may use screenshots and statistics of campaigns for reporting and records.
